Tara is currently 5 weeks out from her first show of the year

2Bros Naturals

Compared to 5 weeks out from last year she is currently the same size waist with the same bodyfat but nearly half a stone up with bigger legs & arms

So we are looking forward to bringing her trade mark condition with some shiny new muscle

She won the regional last year but wasn’t available to do the pro card qualifier so all eyes on that this year 💪

We are now focusing on post show recovery and she’s done an incredible job of staying consistent and not rebounding too much

Which means we can transition into the build phase where we are looking to bring an even better package to the stage next year and chase a pro card

You can’t help but level up together

So many people pulled me aside yesterday and told me stories about the impact this has had on them. Not just physically. Their whole lives.

I honestly can’t take credit for that.

That belongs to every individual in this team.

The posing levelled everyone up. The shoots built confidence.

And from event to event I watch people grow in ways that go way beyond the gym.

That’s what this is really about.
Massive well done to everyone who came on Sunday. Proud of every single one of you.
