We have been fortunate to have Melissa teaching with us for nearly 10 years! 💫 She’s currently taking a pause from her teaching schedule, and we are missing her early a.m. classes - But we are not going to miss out on celebrating her birthday! 🎂

Summer schedules can get busy, but your practice has the power to keep you grounded, energized, and connected through it all. This summer, commit to yourself with our ☀️Summer Strong Yoga Challenge!💫🙌🏼

From June 1 through July 31, challenge yourself to step onto your mat consistently and experience what happens when movement, breath, and mindfulness become part of your summer rhythm.

Whether you’re building strength, reducing stress, improving flexibility, or simply carving out time for yourself, consistency is where the magic happens. Every class is an opportunity to feel stronger, clearer, lighter, and more connected — both on and off the mat.

again! Get ready for an afternoon packed with two of our favorite things: yoga and tiny bundles of fur joy!

Join Cat Breyfogle for this special event, all in support of the local cat rescue squad, Spicy Whiskers. 😺

Imagine this: a studio brimming with adoptable kittens, leaping and prancing around. It’s the ultimate playground for these furry friends, helping them get social and showcase their adorable personalities.

We’re blending playtime and cuddles into a mellow, joy-filled gentle class.

Sound waves move through air into your skin, into your fascia, into fluid and tissue. You’re mostly water. 💦 Water is a strong conduit for vibration. This is mechanical energy moving through a biological system.

It’s not just vibes. It’s physics.
