If you don’t know what HAW is in the kitchen, the gym, during cardio. Please don’t ask me what I need to take. I see it all too much — people will strategically lie behind every post and make themselves into this “influential person” not understanding human behavior. You can spend all that time scripting your life out on what sounds good or you can just be yourself. Choose the latter. That fake s**t gotta be exhausting.

Rule of thumb: if you want the ideal golden aesthetic look, you want your thighs to be 1.75 times the circumference of your knee.

Ex) 14 inch knee circumference x 1.75 = 24.5 inches my ratio is 14 inch knee to 27 inch thighs (measure 10 inches above knee cap)
