DUMBBELLS vs BANDS
What's your preference?
Personally unless I am looking to really achieve some GAINZ, I'm a band-it!
The video hits on a few attributes for both. Overall the bands are simply more practical, more convenient and versatile. The only issue is measuring the amount of weight you are working with for any motion. If that's not your concern grab a bag of bands and look out for different moves I'll be posting.
