Systems 101 (Basic–Intermediate Pilates Class)
A foundational small-group Pilates class introducing the Classical Pilates system as it was originally designed. Clients are guided through a structured sequence on Gratz apparatus, building strength, control, and alignment with precision. Ideal for those new to Classical Pilates or refining their technique.

Systems 102 (Intermediate Pilates Class)
An intermediate-level Pilates class that progresses the Classical system with increased flow, coordination, and endurance. Clients move more seamlessly through a full-body workout on authentic apparatus while deepening strength and control. Prior Pilates experience is recommended.

An advanced, system-based Pilates class designed for experienced clients. This session emphasizes dynamic transitions, precision, and strength across the full apparatus—true to the method preserved through the Romana’s Pilates lineage.
