Pegasus Slowpitch Softball Association Pegasus Softball is the largest LGBTQ+ softball league in Dallas, TX.

Pegasus Slowpitch Softball Association is a Dallas/Fort Worth based nonprofit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the promotion of quality amateur softball of all levels of play for persons of any race, creed, religion, s*x, gender identity, s*xual orientation or national origin, without prejudice, and with special emphasis placed on the participation of members of the LGBTQ+ community. The goal of the league is to provide a sports outlet for individuals as a means to meet like-minded people, improve their athletic abilities, promote good sportsmanship and organize and promote participation by its members in social, cultural and charitable activities as may serve our community. We are committed to continued growth of our league, not only in number, but also in striving to give back to our community.

CONGRATULATIONS, LANNETTE STRANGE!

Pegasus Softball is proud to celebrate Lannette Strange, recipient of the 2026 iPride Umpire of the Year Award!

The Annual iPride Awards recognize those whose passion, leadership, and service make our softball community stronger, more inclusive, and more inspiring—and Lannette represents those qualities every time she steps onto the field.

The Umpire of the Year Award honors excellence, professionalism, fairness, sound judgment, and respect for the game and everyone who plays it. It also recognizes the leadership and mentorship that help create a positive and inclusive competitive environment.

Umpires are an essential part of our game, and great officials do far more than call balls, strikes, safe, and out. They earn the trust of players, support their fellow officials, and help set the tone for the experience we all share on the field.

Lannette, thank you for your dedication to our sport and our community. Pegasus Softball celebrates you and this well-deserved recognition!

Pegasus Softball is incredibly proud to celebrate Charles Urich on his induction into the iPride Softball Hall of Fame!

Tonight, Charles officially takes his place among the legends of our softball community at the Hall of Fame Dinner in Columbus.

This honor recognizes more than accomplishments on the field—it celebrates the years of dedication, leadership, service, and lasting impact Charles has made on the game and the people who play it.

Charles, congratulations on this well-deserved honor, and thank you for everything you have given to softball and our community. Dallas is proud to call you one of our own!

The Clover Classic 2026, benefiting Prism Health North Texas, tees off Saturday, August 22, and volunteers are needed to help make this event a success!

• 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM — Stay with us all day!

⚠️ Volunteers working the 11:00 AM shift will attend a quick orientation at The Round-Up Saloon before getting started.

This is a great opportunity to give back and support the organizations and establishments that continue to support Pegasus Softball, our teams, and our community.

The 2026 Gay Softball World Series is almost here, and our friends at Woody’s Dallas are hosting the official GSWS Send-Off Party TONIGHT!
