Aces took the field this morning against the Frost Falcons and had a tough time getting the bats going. We dropped that game 5-1. Thanks to this event being a 4 game guarantee we were allowed a chance at a consolation bracket try to regain some momentum before our final event of the season. We took down Legends Baseball 9-2 in game 1 and then defeated the PC Sox 4-1 in the final game of the day.

Shoutout to Aiden Hendrix who had two 💣’s today to propel the offense in the consolation games.

Finished the day as the 3rd place team in our bracket and 8th overall out of 21 teams.

Big challenge coming up as we see how we measure up against some of the best in the country at the PG Major World Series June 12-16! Pool play schedule will be shared here as soon as it is available.

Our time at Shipyard has come to an end. After a 1-1 finish in pool play we entered the tournament as the #8 seed. The boys were able to hold off the #1 seed in game 1 today with a strong performance against a great Knoxville Stars team. Tough loss in game 2 against the same team that beat us in pool play ended our run. 2-2 on the weekend and finished 4th out of 12 teams! We had a great time at a really incredible facility.

Aces are on the road again this weekend to head to Mt Pleasant, SC! We will be participating the Gameday USA Patriot Games at Shipyard Park! Game times are 6pm Friday and 12:00pm Saturday. Bracket play will follow either Saturday night or Sunday morning.

Aces Baseball had 3 home runs today and they all came in one 17 run inning in the 1st game! McClain started it off with a two run blast over the scoreboard in left! Levi followed up with a solo shot to center to go back to back! Jaxon W capped off the inning with a grand slam to left-center!

Aces played in the PSA Tourneys Mother’s Day tournament today and they kicked the coaches out of the dugout! The moms took over all three games and made it to the championship game! We fell short by 1 run in the championship but the moms lead them to victories of 17-1 and 8-4 along the way! We appreciate all the sacrifices these mommas make for these boys every weekend. It was great to get to watch them get in on the fun.

Aces came up short in the semifinal today 4-3. Solid defense but the bats struggled. 3rd out of 20 teams this weekend! We will take next weekend off and get one final tuneup Mother’s Day weekend. After that it is Shipyard, PSA Glove World Series, and PG Major WS at East Cobb to close out our Spring/Summer season!
