As a former D1 athlete I know how hard work and dedication pay off. I fell in love with an active lifestyle the moment a basketball touched my hand. After tearing my patellar tendon my senior season I had to find a new way to fill that void and continue the lifestyle I love. I work with athletes, non-athletes, young kids, as well as older.
