Since 1998, Allen has been huge part of Park Cities Personal Training. A true consummate professional, an incredibly gifted trainer, and most importantly, an amazing friend to so many of us. For over 26 years, he’s shown up with consistency, integrity, and that signature smile that made every training session better.
As he heads off to start his next chapter in New Braunfels, we want to say thank you, Allen. Thank you for the countless lives you’ve changed, the friendships you’ve built, and the standard you’ve set for what it means to be a great trainer and an even better human.
We’re going to miss seeing you around the gym every day, but we’re so excited for what’s ahead for you. Keep lifting, keep leading, and stay in touch — you’ll always have a home here at PCPT.
