Just got off our first meeting with our first virtual assistant!

1) Have ownership in everything you work on. Having a salary is good however equity is crucial.

2) Don't scale up your business too fast. Be efficient with how you scale to prevent failure.

3) Keep pushing. Don't let small failure stop you.

Rehab on our rental property is coming along great! Seeing the transformation in just this room has been amazing to see.

So far demo has been completed on 2 units. We opened up the wall to make an open concept between the kitchen and living room. Drywall has been put up. I've been working on selling various appliances on the property to help build capital for other uses for this project.
