Last years transformation has me still in shock of my work ethic the before pics were taken towards the end of July 2023. After pics were taken recently(last week & yesterday), this is what 5 months of commitment looks like.
-I still got to enjoy the food I love.
-Didn’t have to try any extreme fad diets.
-Didn’t have to over train/ over work my body.
- I increased my step count.
- Practice progressive overload to challenge myself at the gym.
- Focused on consuming nutrient dense Whole Foods.
- Changed up habits that helped reset my hormones and made me feel healthier.

Last half of 2023 I was down bad… it was the worst time I had mentally and emotionally (mostly because I am my own worst critic) but I was also battling a lot of unhealed emotions. I was experiencing a lot of insomnia, sugar cravings, emotionally eating, and I was half a** training too; I wouldn’t go to the gym with a plan. I just let myself get lost in my emotions and unhealthy habits, none day I got up took my before pic and said “NO MORE!” I have clients who depend on me to be the healthiest form of myself I could be and I have my kids, family, clients, friends etc. who either look up to me or look at me and feel motivated to get up and get healthy. So I engraved it in my head “I CANNOT SERVE OTHERS WELL IF I DON’T SERVE MYSELF WELL FIRST!” I was tired of always feeling exhausted, anxious, hungry, and bloated so I made the necessary changes to take my health and life back. I now feel energized, I have zero cravings, I go to sleep with ease, and I feel healthier/stronger than ever.
