Zone Jr. is a national youth sports program that is conducted through N Zone Sports of America and is committed to introducing and developing a passion of sports for children ages 3-8. Our organized programs offer exciting, fun, age specific instruction and coaching. Whether you choose flag football, soccer, kickball, golf or t-ball, our staff will ensure the ultimate youth experience for all children involved. Our goal is to provide a fun, high-energy and educational environment for children to learn a sport and to develop their skills and passion for the game.

N Zone Sports – Texas Star’’’ is currently hiring! We're seeking managers, coaches and referees in the Grand Prairie, Mansfield, and Arlington area

Managers:
• Must be 18 years old with a reliable vehicle
• 2 years of coaching or being coaching assistant
• 2 years with a background of Operations, Customer Service, or Sports & Fitness background

Coaches:
• Must be at least 16 years old
• 2 years’ experience of coaching or coaching assistant

Referees:
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Experience playing or knowledge of sport is required

PREREQUISITES:
Complete Code of Conduct, Liability wavier, background check, job description, and attend a coaching education course.
Conduct self in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner at all times.
Provide patience and organization for participants on your team

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Ability to work in both a hands-on, team environment and independently.
Compensation
• Volunteer to part-time employee for coaches and managers
• Referees are paid per game

• 150 + Community Service Hours
• Recommendation Letter on Company Letterhead.

My name is Mavohn Agnew, Sports and tech enthusiast who loves everything that involves in the success and development of our youth and communities. Sports is engrained in the lone Star state culture and here at N Zone Sports Texas Star we are dedicated for every one of our athletes to experience that culture. Our team consists of coaches, former athletes and mentors that lead our premier programs. We are excited to continue to host events, camps, tournaments and leagues for all ages in the DFW area
