Ten years ago Walt Silmon walked into a tiny 800 sq ft paddle shop in West Monroe Louisiana.
Miles of paddling together, camping, “business meals”, watching our families grow and businesses started and most importantly standing by my side during the loss of my late wife-we caught up in Dallas at the current shop!
Never take for granted that interaction you have with a customer, it possibly will develop into a treasured friendship!
