The 12u Power House working on his glove-side, release point & timing.
-
Towel drills provide a low-impact alternative to throwing a ball, allowing pitchers to work on their mechanics while reducing the risk of injury from excessive throwing.
-
Training with a towel also allows pitchers to focus on specific aspects of their pitching technique, such as arm slot, release point, and follow-through. By isolating these elements, pitchers can make adjustments and corrections to improve their overall performance on the mound.
