HYROX Dallas is coming, and we’re making sure you’re READY.

Starting **August 28**, our HYROX training program is officially back with everything you need to train smarter, get stronger, and show up confident on race day:

⚡ Friday Night HYROX classes
⚡ Saturday afternoon HYROX classes
⚡ HYROX simulations throughout the program
⚡Race specific F45 Run club days
⚡ Coaching, strategy & support every step of the way

HAPPY MEMBER MONDAY!
This week we have Richard Wylote!

“ I’ve been a regular at F45 Dallas Arena for about 6 years – and joining here has been one of the BEST fitness decisions I’ve ever made. The coaches and members bring a lot of great energy - it creates an extremely fun environment where I want to get the most out of each class. Since joining F45, I’ve seen my biggest physical improvements in body composition, leg strength and core strength. Most importantly though, my friends at Arena make it where I don’t want to miss a workout day (even if I sub out a Saturday class sometimes to go flyfishing for bass!). The overall environment also motivated me and gave me the confidence to shift out of one of the ‘upper level’ Hyrox age groups to compete later this year in mixed doubles in Dallas with my daughter (Lizzy) who is also a coach here, and to do another men’s doubles in Vancouver with a work colleague. I’m really glad to be a member here and part of such a warm, welcoming and motivational group. “

TRAINER TUESDAY!

“Hi! I’m Kelsey☺️ I moved from California (I know, another transplant) to Dallas a little over 5 years ago & have been a part of the F45 family from the very beginning. I remember my very first class was a Saturday with Brandon, and for some reason I thought “yep, this is my new gym” lol. I’m so glad I made that decision thought because this place has brought me the closest of friends🫶🏼
About a year later I became a coach and have been able to see all y’alls bright & shining faces throughout the day which brings me so much joy.

You may see me disappear from time to time & that’s because my full time job is a corporate flight attendant✈️ I’ve been in the sky for almost 10 years now which is pretty crazy to think.

A fun fact about me is I’ve moved around a bit. I went to school in Arizona, lived in SF & then moved to NYC. I also love animals. I have a pupper named Maggie (who a lot of you have met) & 3 kitties - George, Harriet & Betty. If I could have more I would but my husband won’t let me🙄”

Help us welcome .jackson to the F45 Dallas team 🤗

“Hi, everyone!!!
I grew up in North Dallas and went to Ole Miss for undergrad! After graduating in 2018, I moved back to Dallas to pursue my doctorate and have been here ever since. I joined F45 two years ago because of my dad (who’s actually been a member here way longer than me!). It didn’t take long for me to fall in love with the workouts and the incredible community. F45 Dallas is such a fun, supportive, and encouraging place, and coaching felt like the perfect next step!
My favorite workout is any Saturday class! I love our DJs! Although, as an audiologist, I always recommend wearing hearing protection👂🏻A fun fact about me is I’m a huge reader. I pretty much bring my Kindle everywhere with me! I’m so excited to be coaching and can’t wait to see you all in class!”
