I’m very humbled and proud of everyone showing up today; our athletes competing and several of our students showing up to support . In addition, our performances were very sharp, obtaining two golds and one silver. I started with the conviction of providing top notch Jiu-Jitsu curriculum, a welcoming and empowering atmosphere, and a culture where everyone can feel at home, welcomed and heard. Last but not least, we are gentle and at the same time we are savages on the mat. Keep watching and enjoy the show.

Proud of these two young superstars showing tons of courage and determination on their matches. Keep it up! You will achieve all of your goals by staying focused and learning from every experience. I had a good performance against the current Pan champion with no points or advantages scored, referee decision. Great preparation for upcoming comps! Thank you everyone involved in my preparation, my family, my students, my training partners, for cornering me and guiding me throughout, grateful and blessed for all of you being part of my journey.

Congratulations to our young warriors competing this weekend showing lots of courage and determination. And she brought the silver home!! We are very proud of you. Getting promoted to gray white belt is a big deal as many kids will give up before they achieve their first colored belt. Keep getting after it!!
