I had a good performance against the current Pan champion with no points or advantages scored, referee decision. Great preparation for upcoming comps! Congratulations to our young warriors competing this weekend showing lots of courage and determination. And she brought the silver home!! We are very proud of you. Getting promoted to gray white belt is a big deal as many kids will give up before they achieve their first colored belt. Keep getting after it!!

Another week of focused training in our kids and adult Jiu-Jitsu programs, as well as our Muay Thai kickboxing classes. Join us for a great seminar with accomplished black belt athlete Chancen Bateman He will be sharing his competition tested lapel techniques, which he successfully applies at the highest levels of competition.
