Let’s talk results, most coaches use photography, lighting and angles because they think looking in the mirror is the most valuable result. Unfortunately that is because typically a trainer would have to provide data to actually prove a body’s composition is changing. That could affect their job security and let’s be honest, he or she has bills to pay…

Data is necessary.

If you are training with a company or independent trainer know this, proof of results are exactly what you are paying for. All the other things are great add ons but bottom line is that training is to produce results, not just hangout.

Let’s get one thing straight, the gym is f-ing hard. It’s can be a very lonely place. Especially when the workout gets tough. Nothing good is ever done alone. That’s why we need friends we can depend on when times are full of struggle. 🫶

These to amazing athletes have teamed up to slay today’s workout. Pushing each other and also holding each other accountable in a positive and loving manner. This is a sign of true love and friendship. 🤘

You ever wonder why your back hurts so much during a heavy leg press? Well sometimes it’s because the angle of the seat is pushing pressure right into the lower spine. To help fix that, core action is necessary and to get the core action you lean forward just about 20 degrees to help ease the pressure load on the back.

So add some support with a pad and after you try this trick and see if it helps, if so like and follow for more fun ideas to step it up!
