WELCOME TO IMPACT CAYMOL NATIONAL – RICHARD

We’re excited to officially welcome Coach “T” Tanesha Burgess to the Impact Caymol National – Richard coaching staff!

Coach T brings more than a decade of coaching, training, and player-development experience to our program. A former collegiate softball player at Coahoma Community College and Lane College, she understands firsthand what it takes to develop, compete, and succeed at the next level.
Currently the Head Softball Coach at Bishop Dunne Catholic School, Coach T has built a reputation for developing disciplined, high-character athletes with an emphasis on fundamentals, accountability, confidence, and competing the right way.
Her coaching resume includes:
2025 State Champion
Multiple District Championships
4× District Coach of the Year
Extensive travel softball experience
Specializes in hitting, power hitting & defensive development

What makes Coach T such a great fit for our program goes beyond her resume. She shares our belief that softball is about more than wins and losses. It’s about development, accountability, leadership, character, and preparing young women for success on and off the field.

Impact Caymol National – Richard is looking for a few elite 2027 & 2028 athletes ready to compete on national schedule. Will add talented 2029’s as well.

All positions will be evaluated. Pitcher, Catcher, and Outfield are most needed.

We're replacing 10 college-signed seniors, creating immediate opportunities for players who are willing to earn their spot in one of the premier organizations in the country.
