There is something incredibly grounding about attending a yoga class in person and sharing space and energy with others. 🌿

In our latest Community Conversations, we sat down with Megan Huff of Honor Yoga in Plano to discuss the power of group energy, how we impact one another, how we can co-regulate, and why coming together in a safe, welcoming space matters so much for our nervous systems.

Drop in, slow down, and join the conversation. Let us know your thoughts below. 👇

Yoga can be a lot of things to a lot of people. Is it your workout or do you view it as a practice for holistic health?

In our latest Community Conversations, Megan Huff shares how yoga became her ultimate embodiment practice - a way to manage stress and anxiety, rather than just another workout to push through. It’s not about pumping out reps or hitting a certain metric; it’s about finding the space to stop, breathe, be mindful, and truly calm the nervous system.

Wellness isn't about looking a certain way. It's about supporting your whole being and meeting yourself exactly where you are. 🤍

Watch the full conversation on our YouTube channel, and join us in the studio to experience this grounding practice for yourself. Come exactly as you are, no experience needed. ✨

Wellness means a lot of different things these days. We recently sat down with Dr. Hannah Donahoe to talk about women's health, nervous system healing, and one of the biggest misconceptions she sees in the wellness space.

Her perspective was simple: Wellness isn't about looking healthy. It's about supporting your body in a way that helps you truly thrive.

That got us talking about something we've noticed more and more lately: alcohol being served at wellness events.

We're not here to judge anyone's choices. But it does raise an interesting question...

If alcohol is something we know can negatively impact our sleep, hormones, nervous system, and overall health, why has it become such a common part of "wellness" experiences?

Maybe it's worth rethinking what wellness really means.

For us, wellness is about creating more energy, more resilience, and more connection to ourselves, not just following the latest trend.

We're curious... What does wellness mean to you?
