What’s up everybody and happy Friday! I hope y’all have had the best week ever! With the holidays here I know it’s hard to get in the gym, so I wanted to give y’all a super hard but very simple AT HOME workout!! The workout is called “death by burpees” 😬 very simple to follow, every minute you do that amount of burpees. Minute 1= 1 burpee, minute 2=2 burpees etc. below will be a link to a burpee video, but all I’m looking for is chest to the ground, and stand up tall! Let me know how far you get!
