4 month progress with 👏🏼♥️
My cousin, Aaron, came to me with a goal to lose body fat and continue working toward his healthy lifestyle shift.
Aaron and I met twice a week for about 4 months for one-on-one sessions. Outside of our sessions, he stayed active by swimming, taking walks, working in his yard, hiking, and kayaking. His diet consisted of nutrient dense foods, but ate intuitively and did not restrict.
He has done a great job of balancing his healthy movement/nutrition practices with much needed rest days & nights out with friends 🍺 🤪
We love a sustainable path to reaching our goals 💪🏼
