A hard truth about the fitness industry?

Good lighting, cold plunges, neon signs, and a nice locker room can get people through the front door… but none of that keeps them showing up consistently.

People stay because the programming works.
Because the coaches care.
Because the community feels real.
Because the environment pushes them to become a better version of themselves.

The aesthetic matters. We believe that.

The Chest-Supported T-Bar Row: One of the best ways to build a thick back without your lower back giving up halfway through the set.

And The Standing Glute Ham Raise? Brutal in the best way possible. Glutes, hamstrings, lower back, stability, all working together.

Safe to say these two earned their spot on the floor pretty quickly.
