Meet Bruce Acuña, the man behind Acuña Boxing. Bruce has been coaching weight training and boxing for 40 years. He’s worked with new-comers, amateurs, pros, and Golden Gloves champions. No matter your background in boxing, Bruce will train you as he’d train a pro for an upcoming fight. In Bruce’s own words, an Acuña Boxing class will include:
“you going through everything a pro boxer goes through. You will learn how to jump rope, shadowbox, heavy bag, work mitts, medicine ball, cardio, and defense. You are going to learn how to box whether it’s for conditioning for yourself, to compete in the amateurs, or as a pro. I am an old school trainer, I train people like I train myself, I push myself to the limit. I never like to be the weak link in anything that I do.”
