Good luck to the Dalhart Golden Wolves as they take on the Shallowater Mustangs tonight on the road, with the game starting at 7 p.m. The winner will take sole possession of first place in the district! The game will be streamed on the Shallowater Sports Network on YouTube, but we highly recommend that you mute the sound and listen to Jennifer Read on KXIT-FM!

I don't think I've ever shared anything from another team before, but this is just too cool to not share. I remember when a Dalhart special needs student was also allowed to score during a junior high football game. I was running the clock and scoreboard back then.

This is the "Drop the Mic" game from the Pink-Out Pep Rally. I had to stitch three different videos together, so you'll notice a few seconds missing in a couple of places. The mic stopped working for a minute, so I had to figure out what was wrong and fix it (the top had come loose.) I goofed up at the start of the game and was videoing in the wrong direction, so for the first part of the video there is a text box covering the students who can't be put on social media. I realized after a couple of minutes that I was facing the wrong direction and moved so that I was videoing in the other direction the rest of the time.
