Hello Coaches and Parents,

We have received a lot of texts and calls letting us know that many players will be missing Thursday night’s games, and some teams will not have enough players to participate.

To help accommodate everyone, all games on Fields 2, 3, and 4 scheduled for Thursday will be rescheduled to Monday, June 29, 2026.

Field 1 games will still be played on Thursday as scheduled.

We are doing our best to work with everyone and appreciate your understanding and patience. Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to seeing everyone at the fields!

Hello Coaches and Parents,

We will begin games on Monday! Please help us make this a safe and enjoyable season for everyone by following these guidelines:

* Spectators must remain behind the yellow line.
* Coaches must stay within the designated coach’s box. If a referee issues a warning and the behavior continues, you will be asked to leave.
* There will be designated seating areas for players and fans. Please sit in your assigned areas.
* Please do not double park.
* When arriving at or leaving the fields, drive slowly. We have children who may unexpectedly run into the roadway.
* Pets are welcome but must remain on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pet.
* All players must wear shin guards to participate in games.
* Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled game time so we can get games started promptly.
* If it begins to rain during games, please return to your vehicle and wait to see if the weather passes. If the games are canceled, we will send out a text message letting everyone know to go home. Any canceled games will be made up on Monday.
* Help keep our facilities clean by picking up all trash and placing it in the proper containers.

Please bear with us as we make these new changes. We are doing the best we can to provide a safe and enjoyable season for everyone, and we appreciate your patience, understanding, and support.

Let’s have a great season and remember that this is a learning experience for our young players. Have fun, show good sportsmanship, and support our young athletes!

To make sure Monday night goes off without a hitch, we’ve put together two maps to help everyone navigate the new setup:

🗺️ Map 1 (Satellite View): Shows the exact breakdown of the new complex area compared to the old fields, including parking zones, restrooms, and our concession area.

⚽ Map 2 (Field Diagram View): Shows the specific layout for Fields 1 through 4.

📢 IMPORTANT SEATING & SIDE-LINE RULES:
To keep our games running smoothly and safely, please follow these updated seating guidelines:

Fields 2 & 3 (Central Zone): The middle space between these two fields is strictly for Athletes and Coaches Only. Spectator seating is located entirely on the outer sides of these fields.

Field 4 (14U): Coaches and Athletes will be along the alley side— spectators on other side.

Field 1 (5U): Spectators are welcome to set up their chairs on both sides of the field.

Safety Rule (All Fields): For the safety of our players and to prevent game interference, sitting behind the goals on any field is strictly prohibited.

Hello Coaches and Parents,

The new fields have been set up! We have not painted them yet, but they will be completed before games start on Monday.

Please stay away from the new fields and do not go onto them at this time. Also, please do not move the goals or remove anything, as everything has been marked and set up for painting.

If you would still like to practice, you may use the old field, but please note that there will be no soccer goals available.

Hello Coaches and Parents,

We met with school staff this morning and walked the soccer fields. After discussing the condition of the fields, it was decided that we need to relocate them to a new area.

We only have this weekend to get everything moved and prepared. We still need to figure out our concession stand setup as well. Please remember that all concession stand proceeds go right back into our league and help support the kids.

We are asking for volunteers to help move equipment, paint fields, and assist with other setup tasks. We will be meeting tomorrow at 8:00 AM at the soccer fields. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated and will make a huge difference in getting everything ready for the season.

Please let us know if you are available to help.

Hello soccer coaches and fans,
Due to the wonderful weather we are expected to have this week, I know some of you may need to cancel practices, and that is completely okay.
After talking with the board, we have decided to push the games back one week to allow teams more practice time. This will also give our new coach extra time to work with her team on Field 2.
Updated game schedule:
• Tuesday, June 9th games will now be played on Monday, June 15th at 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM
• Thursday, June 11th games will now be played on Monday, June 22nd at 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM
Thank you all for your understanding, and we appreciate everything you do for the kids. Stay safe and enjoy the cooler weather!

Please be patient with the coaches. Baseball season just ended, and we are making sure every player is being contacted. We still have plenty of time before games begin.
