The Outdoor Pursuits program is dedicated to providing fun and educational experiences for the University of North Georgia community. Our goal is to create opportunities for students to connect with each other in an engaging and safe environment for the purpose of embracing new challenges and cultivating new relationships.

As a way to kick off the fall semester with something fun for everyone, we are running the NGOP Photo Contest starting next week! This contest will involve photo submissions from August 24th through September 26th. There are a variety of six different submission categories, from natural scenery to personal pets! The top ten photos from each category will be posted to our Instagram page and from there our followers will vote on the winners. Winners will receive a variety of prizes that include camping gear, outdoor backpacking meals, stickers, T-shirts, socks, stickers, and more!
