Gold City Strength & Conditioning We are a gym specializing in functional fitness, nutrition advice, and personal training. Located in Dahlonega Georgia, minutes from the square.

We offer group and individual coaching, utilizing the CrossFit methodology. Workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running, etc) executed at high intensity. We offer regular CrossFit classes with workout options emphasizing Strength, Cardio or Competition level. Every day is different, and every day is a new challenge. Classes are 5:

30, 7, 8 and 9 am and then 3:30, 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 pm M-F. Saturday morning 8:00 INTRO and then one WOD at 9:30.

Well, D-Day fell on the weekend this year but it is a pretty significant American holiday so I wanted to make time for it. So many American soldiers gave their lives for not just our country but also for the well being of other countries. Honoring the fallen of that day should always be a priority.
