Remembering Sgt Alex VanAalten and the VanAalten family on this day.

Still can taste those fresh eggs that he'd sell us at the studio as part of his 4-H project. They were so rich in flavor!

On April 20th 2007 one of our black belts, Sgt. Alex Van Aalten, was killed in action. Alex is the son of Mrs. Susan Van Aalten, who also earned her black belt at Jack Scott UKS.

Many may not know but the American flag in the blue room was given to us by Alex.

🇺🇸 Alex will not be forgotten. 🇺🇸

Sharing news that this morning the world lost a magnamous person and personality. Chuck Norris has passed at age 86 years young.

From his martial arts career, his acting career, his health and fitness career, and his personal life... He was looked up to by so many people as a strong and relatable example of person who had strength, resilience, good health and remained vibrantly youthful while still aging.

His presence here in this life will be missed. But, his memory will not fade quickly nor easily... Like his famous Chuck Norris jokes, here's betting that his eulogy can jump up at you and round kick you in the head!

With a deep bow of respect...So long Mr. Norris and thank you to our Good Lord for allowing us to enjoy time here with you. I look forward to joining you in that next life and learn about all of your legendary adventures there whenever I receive my call to come home!
