If you are a student who is interested in being a charter member of this club, please consider filling out this form! We will be in contact as soon as school starts back to begin the formal process of starting the club at UNG!

This form is to gather interest for an official UNG Disc Golf Club to charter in Fall 2019 semester. It is our hope to promote the sport at UNG and bring experienced players as well as interested beginners together for regular play, tournaments, and fun & friendship!
