New territory! Tried a cross-fit style workout at First State Functional Fitness in Ocean View, DE. I’m not accustomed to being told what to do, but I had an absolute blast and almost puked at the same time, ha!

Sadly, on March 11 the original Hanna’s Fitness Prius was killed by a Toyota 4Runner inexplicably and rapidly crossing centerline. All persons and dogs unharmed.
Proud to announce that Hanna’s Fitness still rolls eco-friendly in Hanna’s Fitness Prius II. This model gets 58 mpg, holds TWO 10 foot surfboards comfortably, or two road bikes.
