Bears, Beets, Battlestar Galactica.

Chrissi tackled a new obstacle, a literal bear. Specifically, three bears named Bart, Tank, & Honey Bump.

“During the Tug-Of War challenge, Shewchuck held a firm grasp on the rope for 29 seconds before she was ejected from the platform and into the water. Her effort set a new season high, tying for first place on the Superhuman Leaderboard”.

Throwback to the Carolina Ultra. My boy crushed it. I was stoked to be on the podium with someone I consider a really good friend💪💪. Respect my brother👍

We love when everything comes together on race day! Chad raced World’s Toughest Mudder in Georgia last month and placed 43rd overall with 75 miles under his belt!

Christmas came early.
That lap when you realize you can make your goal. Your nutrition is good. Despite being in cold water all night, your feet feel fine. Even though you almost medically pulled yourself and took almost 3 hours off course. You are cruising to 75 miles.

Two of our Crew members crushed the Italian Stallion Challenge in Philly earlier this month!

The challenge was to race a 5k & 10M back to back to complete a half marathon. Congrats on making Rocky proud!

We hope everyone is having a💙SUPER💙week!

recap!😊 I wrote so many things already that made me feel like I was on a soap box and 🤮 lol Saturday was great. I've really gained a huge amount of respect in the last year for people who know exactly what they want and go after it (usual suspects - y'all know who you are). I tried to follow suit this year by hiring to make me better at my favorite sport after years of having excuses. And honestly, narrowing my focus in fitness has helped me in nearly every other area of life as well. It's all a snowball effect! Everyone owes it to themselves to really focus on their wants and needs to be successful and happy (no matter what it is!). I won't break everything down for a social media caption, but I wanted to put it out there🤷‍♀️ I'm literally just going to add hashtags and hit "share" now so I stop overanalyzing my words 😬
