✨Lower back pressed into the floor!
✨Zip the belly AND ribs - No “belly button to spine” thoughts!

Thinking this separates the belly from the ribs, making the belly move independently, and often resulting in rib flare! Instead, envision a zipper going from the belly button to the sternum to (how many yogis or Pilates practitioners say) “knit the ribs together” and fully connect the entire core before your first exercise!
