🏆 Another Championship Weekend for Premier Athletics! 🏆

Congratulations to all of our Premier Athletics teams on an incredible weekend of competition and hard work! 💪⚾🥎

🔥 Our 12U Premier Athletics team brought home the Gold Bracket Championship at the Mark Paul Grand Slam Tournament, continuing their impressive season with another championship performance!

🥈 Our 9U team battled all weekend long and brought home some hardware after making it to the Gold Championship Game and competing at a high level from start to finish.

💥 Our 15U team showed incredible grit and determination, winning back-to-back games against higher seeded opponents to earn a spot in the championship game before the final was unfortunately called due to no lights being available.

Proud of every player, coach, and family that continues to represent Premier Athletics the right way. The hard work, commitment, and dedication continue to pay off week after week. Keep grinding and keep chasing championships! 💙💛

🏆🏆 CHAMPIONSHIP WEEKEND FOR PREMIER ATHLETICS 🏆🏆

Huge congratulations to our 9U and 12U Premier Athletics teams for bringing home the Gold Bracket Championships this past weekend! 🥎🔥

Both teams earned the #1 seed after going undefeated in pool play on Saturday and continued their dominance on Sunday by battling through bracket play undefeated as well. 💪

These groups continue to set the standard, bringing home multiple championships already this season and proving week after week that hard work, dedication, and teamwork pay off. The future is incredibly bright for Premier Athletics! 💙💛

‼️A common misconception with a lot of hitters who want to lift the ball and create more power is they try to do so by lifting their lower half instead of turning their lower half.

When you lift with your lower half, you not only lose the power you created in your load, but you also lose direction.

True power comes from staying in your legs and using your lower half to turn effectively. Lift is created by hitting the ball out front with good direction through the ball, rather than trying to create lift with your body.
