Only 5 more days until we are back racing at Colorado National Speedway for the Spears Srl Southwest Tour Series. The whole team is excited to get back out on track for 150 Laps!

Rough night for us, qualified 5th after being held up by a car on our 2nd lap, for the first feature the car was loose and couldn’t make up time on the cars in front keeping me in 5th. In the main event we got taken out and were able to salvage a finish of P14.

The team worked their tails off to get me back on track after the wreck and I can’t thank them enough.

This Saturday was a crazy one for sure, After replacing the clutch in the morning we missed the first practice already putting us behind the 8 ball, but the team worked hard to give me a good qualifying effort of P3. That put us on pole for the fast dash where I lead every lap to take the WIN! After the invert I started 4th for the main, the car started to come in half way through the race and once I got to 3rd there was a big gap to 1st and 2nd and with 5 laps to go I caught and passed 2nd place and just didn’t have enough time to get to the lead.

We were so close but still had a great day scoring the most points of anyone, but I couldn’t have done it without my team who worked so hard to change the clutch at the track and gave me a great car for the end!

Happy Memorial Day! What a fun weekend spending time with friends and family, We started off our race weekend qualifying 7th, where we started for the 100 lap Main Event. It was a slow start falling back to 9th trying to save our car, but started working our way through the pack and by lap 50 we were up to 5th. We stayed around there for most of the race finishing up 6th. Looking forward to our next race on June 10th.

Thank you to our whole team who worked hard to rebound after a rough start to the season, and finally getting a solid performance.

Unfortunate ending to a strong weekend. We qualified P4 and finished P4 in the dash which put us P3 for the main event. We got off to a slow start dropping back but started reeling the leaders back in before there was a wreck in front of us leaving me with slight damage to the front. The damage caused the car to overheat forcing us to park the car.

We were able to run the same times as the leaders even after the damage but never had a chance to show it. Thank you to the whole team for working so hard to prepare for this race.

The All Star Showdown is complete. We started off the weekend with solid performance throughout practice going 7th quick. On Saturday we qualified 16th for the main event, the fastest Colorado driver. At the green flag we got up to 11th until I slipped up the track getting into the marbles and hitting the wall. We had to pit to assess the damage and ended up multiple laps down. Eventually after lap 100 we started seeing the water temperature get too hot and retired the car at lap 151.

The car was great all weekend and was going to really come in during the race. Thank you to our whole team, Sonny, Shrek, Brian and Cade Fox, Jeff and Brian Groff, and Kevin Steinke for their effort throughout the last couple of months and especially this weekend, it’s rough this is how it ended but Every opportunity on track is an opportunity to grow as a driver regardless of the result.
