Feet and Shoes:
Clean Feet: Wash before training; a basin with soap is available.
No Shoes on the Mat: Applies to everyone, including parents and siblings.
Wearing Shoes: No shoes on the mat; wear them everywhere else.
Personal Hygiene:
Hands and Feet: Keep nails short for comfort.
Illness: Stay home if sick; it's detrimental to your health and others'.
Cuts and Wounds: Cover breaks to maintain a healthy environment.
Washing Clothes: Wash your gi after every class without exceptions.
Removing Jewellery: Take off accessories to avoid injuries.
Tie up Long Hair: Keep it secure during training.
