☀️🌊 Competitive Team Beach Camp 2026 🤸‍♀️💙

A few highlights from an unforgettable day with our compulsory team! Our Level 2, 3, and 4 gymnasts traded the gym for the beach for a day filled with conditioning, fun challenges, special games, prizes, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

From beach workouts and team-building activities to splashing in the ocean with siblings and friends , sharing great food, and enjoying time with our amazing team families, it was a day all about friendship, encouragement, and celebrating each other.

🏆 Special Recognitions:

🏃‍♀️ Parachute Running Champion: Kassandra Dabu

The best part? Every child went home a winner. Every gymnast received a prize because every athlete is special, every child is valued, and every child deserves to be celebrated.

Most of all, our greatest achievement isn’t the medals or trophies—it’s having each and every one of you as part of our American Flips family.

A huge thank you to all of our incredible team parents for making this day possible. Your support, generosity, and commitment helped create memories these girls will cherish for years to come. Here’s to an amazing season ahead! 💙❤️🤍
