In Bodybuilding (which is training with the intention of changing HOW YOU LOOK!), less is more. But, MORE when it’s appropriate. Like, during your workout or dedicated cardio.

February (232 lbs):

* Approximately 22–24%

June (208 lbs):

* Approximately 14–16%

That would put total fat loss somewhere around 18–22 lbs of fat with very good muscle retention.

Many people lose 24 lbs and simply look smaller.

That generally indicates:

* Adequate protein
* Good resistance training
* Relatively low muscle loss
