Hard to express how proud I am of Aimee Trawick for winning GOLD at the IBJJF World Masters Championship for the second year in a row.
There were no shortcuts. Hard work, dedication, consistency, and a full commitment to her training. Her training camp was extremely hard but she trusted the process and preparation without question and was in the gym every single day! SHE EARNED IT!

I’m so honored and grateful to have Aimee as my first awarded Black Belt. She has always been someone that does everything the right way on the mats and is such a great person off the mats. I’m truly blessed to have the opportunity to continue guiding her through this next chapter in her journey. Well deserved! ⬛️⬛️🟥🟥⬛️

Thank you so much to all the incredible ladies who joined us for our Free Women’s Self-Defense Seminar yesterday! We had an amazing turnout, great energy in the room, and I couldn’t be more proud of each of you for showing up and stepping outside your comfort zones.

Thank you to all of our students and families who showed up and celebrated our 4 year anniversary with us this past Sunday! We had a lot of students that didn’t make it but it’s awesome to see how much we’ve grown over the years, and it’s all because of this amazing community.

Huge shoutout to everyone who helped out and brought food, drinks, and snacks to share as well, you made the day even better! 🙏
