🤸‍♂️ GYMNASTICS SKILL CLINIC 🤸‍♀️

Join us Saturday, July 18th from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM for a 2-hour gymnastics clinic designed to help you build confidence and improve your skills on the rig.

The first hour will focus on foundational bar gymnastics, including proper positions, strength development, pull-up mechanics, and butterfly pull-up technique.

The second hour will be dedicated to bar muscle-ups, covering progressions, drills, transitions, and efficiency tips to help you get your first muscle-up or improve consistency if you already have them.

Whether you’re working toward your first pull-up or looking to refine advanced gymnastics skills, this clinic is for you.

The final workout of the Man Made Summer Showdown is here! This one will test your engine, barbell cycling, and your ability to keep moving under fatigue.

💥 RX Division

For Time:
8 Rounds (Alternating Full Rounds)
4 rounds each athlete

▪️ 12 Deadlifts
▪️ 9 Hang Power Cleans
▪️ 6 Front Squats
▪️ 200m Run
▪️ 60 Double Unders

⚖️ Weight: 155/105 lb

🔄 Flow:
Athletes alternate full rounds. While one athlete completes the 200m run, the other athlete completes 60 double unders before beginning their round.

⏱️ Time Cap: 18:00

A great day of learning at Man Made CrossFit yesterday. 🏋️

Huge thank you to Coaches Andrii Hentosh .andrii and Eric Zunker for sharing their knowledge and spending the day working one-on-one with our athletes.

From beginners to experienced lifters, everyone walked away with valuable coaching, better movement, and a clearer understanding of the Olympic lifts.

The smallest adjustments can make the biggest difference!

Thank you to everyone who attended and invested in their development. We can’t wait to see these lessons carry over into training. Looking forward the our next seminar with them!
