No matter the obstacles, unexpected business trends, not even a seemingly never ending pandemic can overcome the courage, strength, and passion renewed when opening my inbox messages tonight to find this at the top:
..... "Your atmosphere is exactly what and where I wish I could have been growing up as an athlete. You truly are making a difference in the lives of so many and in so many ways. Keep spreading your wisdom and love to theses young athletes and adults. Unspoken gospel is like capped medicine and you are doing exactly what God has called you to do and I love that. "....

We can only reply with that of an attitude of gratefulness, ongoing support, and continued encouragement for all of those who continue to believe in our mission.

Good Morning.

Just like you, I am continuing to follow the news about the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. I have already taken extensive steps to protect customers, associates, partnerships, and our community.

I secured an expansion space & project just a few short days prior to any mention of C-19. The activity levels and business needs supported such a decision.

With the most recent developments and overwhelming uncertainty, and with a very heavy heart, I am suspending all expansion projects and associated expenses.

Juggernaut Fitness HeRose will continue to operate all of its held companies debt free and though nearly everything around us is closing, suspending, drastically altering operations, and doing so without revenues; our operating expenses and overheads do not seize and unfortunately, capital improvements right now are not fiscally responsible for the future viability of my business and opportunity to serve you and your families again when all of this chaos subsides.

One thing remains certain: nothing happens without Gods permission and his ways, now and always far exceed my ambitions for my business.

I remain here for any support I may lend to you and ask that you set your fitness & health as high priority for you, your student athletes, and family during this time.

I will communicate updates as needed.

Above all, I pray you and the people you care about are healthy and safe.

Though recent directives from our local, Harris County officials can be debated, as well, what some feel as "essential" vs "non - essential" businesses, Top Flight Athletics & Top Flight Coach will follow all published orders and suspend one on one and class programming until and at which time restrictions on our business are lifted :(

There is no question that everything feels weird right now and I pray you and your families are remaining safe and healthy. After receiving tons of questions, feedback, and even criticisms, the action to suspend all "coached" sessions and activities appears to be unavoidable.

Our goal during this time remains constant; provide a safe space to temporarily transition from "in person" coaching to self driven, self facilitated, programming ex*****on.

Please keep top of mind, these times are unprecedented for Juggernaut Fitness HeRose, LLC so our process is far from perfect and will not be everyone but I feel like I need to have something available for those whom wish to take advantage of it without compromising his/her health or the heath and safety of others.

OVERVIEW:

- THE TOP FLIGHT ATHLETICS FACILITY WILL BE OPEN TO THOSE WHOM ARE NOT ILL AND REMAIN A SYMPTOMATIC TO THE C-A9 VIRUS

- THE DAYS & HOURS ANY INDIVIDUAL MAY UTILIZE TOP FLIGHT ATHLETICS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY

10AM-NOON3PM-5PM6PM-9PM

- ALL SAFETY POLICIES AND NEW PROCEDURES APPLY TO ANY GUEST

- ALL GUESTS MAY UTILIZE THE DESIGNATED SPACE FOR A MAXIMUM OF 6O MINUTES PER VISIT AND AT NO POINT WILL MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE BE GRANTED ACCESS TO THE FACILITY AT ANY GIVEN TIME

- A WAIVER MUST BE REVIEWED AND SIGNED BY ANYONE PARTICIPATING IN PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

- YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A CURRENT CLIENT OF TOP FLIGHT ATHLETICS TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FACILITY

- 6 FEET "SOCIAL DISTANCE" IS ASKED TO BE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES BY ALL GUESTS

- ALL GUESTS MUST FOLLOW STRICT "SPRAY TO STAY" AND "WIPE" PROTOCOL AT ALL TIMES (INCLUDED WITHIN THE ATTACHED VIDEO)

As a business owner, I recognize fully the potential, financial challenges that many will endure due to this pandemic; now and in the foreseeable future. I am not exempt from this.

Therefore, there is no fee being assessed to anyone nor any sessions being deducted during this time. There is no limit being placed upon the frequency for anyone at this time.

TOP FLIGHT ATHLETICS : AWESOME UPDATES !

Those whom know me well know I am a very, outwardly , energetic, optimistic individual. Many of us are feeling the same pain as we endure this temporary set back.

We were ahead of "gyms" and other training facilities with our cautious yet aggressive approach to our business and the safety and health of our clients & families.

We have always viewed Top Flight as "different" and "unique" in its own right so NOW is the right time and timing to further set ourselves apart!

We have taken the past few days while being closed for operation to consult and speak with many. The fear for some will not subside until this perceived pandemic is behind us and we completely support & respect that view.

However, without a crystal ball and not knowing how all of this will play out (anyone pretending to know is full of complete s**t ), one thing is for certain; our student athletes and adults WILL return to his/her sport, competitions, etc.... and how we act, react, AND ADAPT NOW and for the next few months WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE !

So here it is !

Top Flight Athletics & Top Flight Coach will be resuming 1 on 1 programming & small group programming for up to 3 participants this Monday, March 23, 2020 !!!!

We are formally calling this resumption: "Battleship"
What is it ?

Well as I said, much consulting and meetings have taken place with and between MANY. Therefore, Top Flight Athletics & Top Flight Coach will be combatting time and uncertainty for any current clients with sessions and resume ALL training schedules AND, open up additional, daily times for small group programming !!!!!!

If you are interested in resuming sessions during this time OR are interested getting started OR know someone who IS or SHOULD, message me and I will provide you or them with all of the details !

We are "ADAPTING" & "REACTING" to what the over whelming responses and direction has been. We will enforce a "6 ft Separation Space" between all participants and during all programming and activities at all times.

THERE IS MORE !

If you have not reached a place of comfort to return to training "in person", that is OK !Operation "Battleship" will also have a "Beacon" option !You can have Top Flight Coach facetime you during your scheduled session time and programming can resume !

The additional space (2,000 sq feet) and building acquired by Top Flight Athletics will be opening as well !!!!

TOP FLIGHT ATHLETICS : COVID-19

Most of us in the training and sports & fitness industry are already feeling the effects of COVID-19.

It's taken me some time to gather all of the pertinent information and consult with our legal counsel prior to making any decisions.

I'm not going to get political or discuss my own personal feelings on the virus, just that the impact we feel in our businesses will be very real, no matter the cause, the politics or how we feel about it.

There has been NO TOP FLIGHT ATHLETICS CLIENT, COACH, TRAINER , NOR ANY AFFILIATE WHOM HAS CONTRACTED THE COVID-19 VIRUS NOR HAS ANY OF THE AFORE MENTIONED TESTED POSITIVE FOR THE VIRUS.

I'm a local business owner, father, and I'm not sure yet how this will affect us and our family.

TOP FLIGHT ATHLETICS AND TOP FLIGHT COACH IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDING ALL PERSONAL, GROUP, AND SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING PROGRAMS AND SESSIONS UNTIL MONDAY, MARCH 23, 2020 ALLOWING FOR MORE TESTING KITS TO BE AVAILABLE AND FOR MORE ACCURATE INFORMATION TO BE REVIEWED.

THIS IS A VERY DIFFICULT DECISION TO MAKE AND HONESTLY, VERY FRUSTRATING. WE WILL UTILIZE THIS TIME TO SANITIZE ALL OF OUR EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES TOP TO BOTTOM AND BOTTOM TO TOP.
FOR THE MOST PART, WE WILL BE MONITORING THE LOCAL HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS' ADVICE AND ADHERE TO BOTH THEIR AND OUR LEGAL COUNSEL'S RECOMMENDATIONS AND ALIGN CLOSELY WITH THE LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICTS' RECOMMENDATIONS.

Top Flight Athletics remains optimistic and hopeful!

We continue to pray for you; no matter who you are, what your profession is, what your family situation during this challenging and somewhat confusing time for everyone.
