We develop during practice and games. Video to show how I control them until they understand what they are doing. This group doesn’t need it as much anymore. Your kid could be next.

If they don’t listen very well or take real constructive criticism I’m not the program for them unless you need them to learn real quick, fyi. I humble quick. But if they do, join Uss.

Fall Ball Series
One weekend out the month for your two events in the fall need to be at one place and one place ONLY! With USS! If you can’t tell by now iss legit and you don’t have to second guess. Extra run. Streak broke at 3. 2nd place finish for 13U. I knew we could reach the finals and did, but got rattled a lil bit gassed out and couldn’t recover against a really good Cooz Elite squad. I needed to see this where we measured and we on schedule!

Main goal, finish better than we start. ✅
Finished the season off winning our last 3 events jus like 2019 when we started. Took 5 girls(one 6th grade) that have never done club ball or barely worked out before(they look totally different now), along with two I’ve had a few years and created something exciting! They lit the fire back in me for coaching and teaching. They listen, they love to work, they love to hoop, they don’t give me 💩 back, only yes sir. They hold each other accountable. I always asked for this type group. They earn each post I make. Fall ball season next, but we stay in the gym! I can honestly say this is allll IJU development. Let me find two post players for 2027 😤!

Without this great group of parents it wouldn’t be possible. They deserve this recognition. Best I’ve had in our 8 yrs cause they’re locked’n about their kids and very active/present in their involvement which is not always the case! They work as a team and see the progress. They asked for more work which I’ve never been asked by a group as a whole and that is very telling to me. Mix all that together and you get consistent success and production. I thank so much them for a stressless season!
No guarantee these situations last but I tell you one thing, we and I are gonna do everything to keep a foundation together as long as we can. I know how to get them wherever they want to go so they good! Playing the long game!
