I've been a REFIT® instructor for just over 2 years now, and I want to be honest -- I rely heavily on y'all for encouragement and there are so many ways you can support me without spending a dime! A little goes a long way, and supporting my classes is super easy!

Why? Because you can't fall off the floor. You have nowhere else to go but UP. 💛
