About a year ago joined as a coach and athlete for .elite.athletics. Here we are, after some grueling adjustments to her programming and lifting life, after countless hours of work and s**t tons of weight lifted, successes and failures along the way, and after already picking up some hardware at the University National Championships, Ally gets to go have some fun on the National stage once again. No doubt it’s going to be a battle, with the top 5 lifters only separated by a handful of kilos, Ally is ready to throw down, and rise up! Tune into and watch this member do her thang under the watchful eye of .toph and ! Wednesday 4:15p EDT.
