AMP Baseball Academy 16u team entered their first tournament of the season and finished 2-2 in the PG Battle of the Big Dawgs at Premier. These boys battled through the heat and humidity but fell short in the championship losing 5-4. Their next event is September 19-20, 2026.

AMP Baseball Academy was built on a foundation to change the developmental landscape in Houston. The goal is to create an environment where every athlete gets meaningful reps, meaningful coaching, and a genuine opportunity to improve. Every player matters.

We’re not trying to build the biggest baseball program in Houston. We’re trying to build one of the best developmental environments in Houston. Winning games is great, but developing a player who becomes more confident, more competitive, more intelligent and more capable every season … that’s the real win.

Two months ago we built a plan. Today, we have 78 athletes registered between 10u - 16u, 10 dedicated coaches and the support of the AMP Baseball professional staff to deliver quality over quantity. Thank you to the all our families that came to our opening event last night. Your support is deeply appreciated!
