This month is a reminder that behind every uniform, every smile, every accomplishment, and every strong exterior is a person with a story we may know nothing about.
You are more than your sport. More than your job. More than any ranking, grade, statistic, mistake, expectation, or difficult season.
Your worth is not measured by how well you perform or by what you accomplish. You matter simply because you are here.
If this post reaches even one person who needs to hear that today, then it matters. If it reminds one person to stay, to reach out, to ask for help, or to check on someone they love, then we have made a difference.
