You are going to be judged, criticized and doubted either way. It doesn't matter what you do, if you are a drug addict who's making all the wrong decisions or someone who's trying to figure it out and start their own business, THE SAME GOSSIP AND JUDGEMENTS will take place. You keep telling yourself you can't. You keep making excuses. You say things like...
"One day"
"Next month"
"When I have time"
"When I'm more financially stable"
"When I finally get the motivation"
And yet, months and years go by and you have made zero changes, and you're still stuck in that same bad lifestyle. The same negative loop of bad choices , self-hatred, and toxic behavior. Sedentary. Eating junk food. Drinking alcohol. Smoking w**d. Making excuses and blaming everyone else for your problems.
You're still holding on to that body fat that you swore you would lose. You're still laying in bed rather than doing the things you know you should do, the things you know would improve your life.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but...NO ONE IS COMING TO SAVE YOU!!!
You have to save yourself. Nobody else is going to take your health seriously. Nobody else is going to make you get up off the couch and exercise. Nobody else is going to make you eat healthier foods. These are choices you have to make yourself, these are things you have to make a priority. If you don't start now, you are doing your future self a disservice, you are guaranteeing more complicated health issues down the road.
Think of all the other things in your life you prioritize over your own health.
Be honest with yourself.
There are things you can give up right now to make the time.
The problem is you won't make your health a priority.
Your problem is you need guidance. You need to stop relying off of motivation and start building discipline. You need to stop waiting on someone else, and start doing for yourself. You need ACCOUNTABILITY and STRUCTURE. Two things that most people are completely missing anywhere in their lives. Most people couldn't even give you the definition of those two words.

Physique Update. Vulnerable post.
To start...I have horrible body dismorphia and it's hard for me to post stuff like this because I don't see what others see. I see a weak, ugly dude who looks like a rotten bag of milk 😆 . But that's okay. I KNOW it's not the truth. I see where I started years ago, and where I'm at now, and I do look completely different. My issue is I think I should look better than I look considering all of the time and hard work I have put in.

Started at 218.5 lbs. Less that 3 months ago 3-17-26
Today I weighed in at 201 lbs

Over the last few years I've had a lot of setbacks, Health diagnosis, metabolic issues, surgeries, Mental Health episodes, and yes even relapses. But despite all of those things I have still continued to push forward.
Who I am now is still a better version of the person I used to be. And everyday I am striving to stay on the right path, and evolve into a better person, all by the grace of God, Jesus Chist. 🙏✝️

Been working out consistently for the last 4 years, within that 4 years I've had a couple setbacks, a couple bad health diagnosis, surgeries, and on top of those struggling with metabolic issues and hormone imbalances.
Now that everything has really fallen in line and I'm getting things in check with my metabolism and health, the journey is actually just beginning.
I've spent the last few years gaining knowledge behind Fitness and Nutrition, it's been my obsession.
Now I'm in a place where I can apply all of that knowledge without any setbacks.
Sculpt and build. That is the goal.
Most people think they can achieve a good physique with some 8-week program, but that's not how it works. It takes time to see significant physical change. It takes lifestyle modification, discipline, and consistency. This is a lifestyle. It's for life.
