🏆 12U CHAMPIONS! 🏆

What a perfect way to wrap up the summer! ⚾️

Despite two losses saturday, multiple delays and a last-minute park change on sunday, our 12U Cynthiana Riverhawks came to battle!

Every single player showed up and played incredible baseball to bring home the championship. They dug deep, stayed focused and earned every bit of this win.

Update on our MVP⚾️🧡

Hinkston is currently in his last week of Delayed Intensification. We are so close! 😊

Monday, he received his last chemotherapy for this cycle, but sadly was admitted to the hospital with a fever. His ANC is currently 0, so his team is keeping a close eye on him and treating him with antibiotics while we wait for his counts to recover.

The good news is that all cultures have remained negative. We are confident that this is just a bump in the road and his bone marrow recovers soon so he can continue moving forward with his treatment plan.

As always, we are grateful for the prayers, messages, and support that continue to carry our family through this. Please keep this cutie 🥰 in your prayers for rising counts.

Hinkston made counts! 🎉



With an astonishing ANC of 1090! Just last Friday, his ANC was 340. 🤪 This is worth a celebration 🥳

Tomorrow he begins the final 4 weeks of Delayed Intensification. This phase is designed to deliver another intensive round of chemotherapy to eliminate any remaining leukemia cells.

Please keep the prayers coming as we head into this next stretch. Hink was only delayed by one week—not too shabby for this tough kiddo!

Update on Hink:

Hinkston began the delayed intensification phase of his treatment last week. This phase is tough. His doctor’s anticipate delays and blood transfusions so they ask that we stay at the RMH again. We are currently waiting on a room, hopefully one comes available within the next couple of days.

We know this part of treatment will be challenging, but we’re taking it one day at a time, leaning on God, love, and the incredible support we have. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers as he pushes through this phase. 💛
