🎳 Wrapping Up an Incredible 6th Season! 🎳
​And just like that, another fantastic season of the Galactic Alley Summer Youth Bakers League has come to a close!
​For 8 weeks, our lanes have been filled with smiles, learning, and endless laughter. Having been doing this for a while, I can truly say this 6th year of the league has been our absolute best yet! I have thoroughly enjoyed every single minute of it.

This is my favorite night of the week but this has been my favorite night of the season. So many smiles tonight. We have our tournament next. Then we'll have a pizza party and do our awards and prizes. Everybody will want to be there! Also let's send well wishes and prayers for Kent Burgan and Andrew Burgan as they travel to Minneapolis so Andrew can compete in the Jr Gold Championships. You've already made us proud now go show us how you can represent Galactic Alley!

🎳 Tonight was a great reminder of why this is my favorite night of the week!
​With the KHSAA dead period officially underway, I'm technically not allowed to coach or interact with our high school athletes right now. But honestly? It gave me a unique chance to just sit back, observe, and watch our youth bowlers shine.
​I am seeing so much improvement on the lanes, but most importantly, I see an incredible amount of fun being had. These kids aren't just teammates—they are building lifelong friendships and truly becoming a part of our family. The bowling family. ❤️

​We only have a few more weeks left of our Summer Bakers League before we head into our end-of-season tournament and prizes. I am so excited for the homestretch! 🏆⚡

We started competitions tonight. They're getting better. They're getting the hang of things. We'll have standing out soon. Tonight they each bowled a single game and then went into a best 2 out of 3 bakers match. The coaches joined in to make up the 5th bowler if the team was incomplete tonight. Night 2 in the books. We've spent the last 2 weeks learning, but also having lots of fun. Next week we'll do the same but competition will start along with the learning and fun.
