Advanced dancers are admired by others, but no one truly sees the amount of practice that goes in to getting to that level. Each and every dancer that you look up to has spent countless hours messing up and learning how NOT to do certain things. I will be the first one to say that one should not practice until they get it right, they should practice until they cannot get it wrong.

If you feed your brain these thoughts you will never improve. Instead, feed your mind positivity!

"I can become a great dancer"
"I can learn as fast as I want"
"I want to be the best"
