One last push before our Lady Warriors head to PA to compete at the Ultimate Club Duals—one of the best girls’ dual tournaments around! 💪🤼‍♀️
So thankful to Coach Nathan Williams for bringing a group of hammers from Oklahoma to train with us. Iron sharpens iron, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to get better together.
And there’s no better way to end the day than together in prayer. 🙏
Praying for safe travels, strength in competition, and the courage to give it everything they have.

LWWC Wrestling Weekend Update
Things are starting to pick up again as we get going into the preseason training.
Eliza and Emma traveled out to Pittsburgh for Battle in the Burgh, where they wrestled really well in the K-12 duals. They went 4-3 and 2-3 respectively.
GG is back in action as she joined on a team for the Wild Wild Midwest Duals, going 6-0 helping her team finish as Runner Ups.
Some of our Ladies are deep in their XC season as Lily and Olivia got to compete with each other.

This Saturday!! 9a-3p, preseason kickoff clinic.
Coach Ceja just informed us that she will be bringing one of her awesome wrestlers that was a 2026 NCAA Qualifier.
Forecast is looking great to have lunch in the pavilion, soak up some sun , and maybe get an outdoor game going.

The LWWC is really fatiguing the page administrators. This camp, that camp, preseason club marketing, and weekends filled with wrestling. It never stops with this crew of Ladies.
Well, why not another post ( psst, they won’t stop, can’t stop).
The Lady Warriors United Team is looking for 2 more weights to charge into the Gold Pool at the always tough Ultimate Club Duals! It’s in Philly, so we may have the Ladies chug raw eggs at 4am and chase chickens to prepare, in honor of Rocky! Yet more than likely it will be floppy scrambled eggs, terrible coffee and grumpy/ sleep deprived kids at the Holiday Inn Express. Either way, there will be competition! Reach out to claim a spot!

The pre-season is upon us! The LWWC athletes, families, and coaches are chomping at the bit to get going.
Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30p - 7p Sept 14th to Nov 11th.
It begins at our Kick Off Clinic with Coach Ceja on Sept 12th 9a -3p! Coach is putting on the finishing touches of her lesson plan and we’re excited to see what she has in store for the Ladies.

At the LWWC we don’t put a lot of emphasis on rankings. When the whistle blows it’s just two athletes on the mat, with only one who will be victorious in the match. But, rankings are fun for the fans and gives a measurement of where you stand.
